OPENING LOG: Awakening

WHO: Everybody!
WHERE: The Junk Pile.
WHEN: Right here, right now.
WHAT: Game opening! Our Heroes find themselves in a strange place not of their own world, however familiar (or not) it may be.

Consciousness is slow, and a struggle to obtain. The moments before darkness are hazy enough; a great vertigo, a twisting, and then, falling. Falling for what seemed like forever. And when you are finally aware of your surroundings, it is most decidedly not where you came from.

Instead, you are now in what appears to be a wasteland. A wasteland...of junk. Debris as far as you can see, heaped in mini-mountains that offer only so good of a view of the world around you. Perhaps in the distance, you can make out some flatter land, perhaps you can just make out what looks like a crevice - but it's difficult at best. The light here is all wrong, the two greatest sources being a white line in the alien sky that doesn't so much give off light as simply have it - and something in the south that glows like a setting sun.

You may or may not notice it at first, but you, too, have something alien - something on your arm, more likely than not. A marking that glows softly, but offers no clue as to how it got there - no pain, no sensitivity. It's simply there, as you are here.

So.

Now what?

((OOC: This is it, you guys! Have a blast! Please remember to keep everything under the first thread for now; we'll be adding the Firstforged in in a little bit...

OKAY There is now a second thread to post in! Feel free to make new threads there to react to the arrival of the Firstforged, or respond directly to the Firstforged themselves.))

"And.....I failed my mission. Longarm was really the Decepticon spy Shockwave we were looking for he trapped me and crushed me between two walls and I never got to warn Ultra Magnus or the Council about the incoming Decepticon attack. ThenIwokeuphere."

"Crushed between two walls?"

Welllp, there goes Ratchet's confusion about the names and events that Blurr had been talking about. He's much more concerned with his physical well-being, thanks.

"How much pressure was exerted? Do you have any damage?"

As Blurr is obviously an Autobot, and Ratchet is an Autobot medic, he has absolutely no compunctions about getting up in Blurr's space with his medical scanner. Permission is for mechs who haven't seen their comrades wave them off, then die from internal fuel leaks.

He nods, uncertain about what to reply.

"My processor listed all the damage in my system when I was onlined again but a few nanosecs later the warnings disappeared sir now I am not certain how much of me is compromised since my pain receptors aren't burning in agony...."

He drift off when Ratchet gets all over him. He's not going to oppose to a check up. "....uh."
docbot: (strange as what I believe)

Ratchet hums and nods in acknowledgement of Blurr's words. Moments later, the blue scanning light that's been thrumming over Blurr's body turns off, and Ratchet straightens.

"Well, the good news is that outside of a little bit of natural strain and wear, you look to be in fine condition. Granted, I'd have to do a full physical to check, but..." He look sup at the rift in the sky, frowning. "whatever brought us here must have had some sort of healing effect on some of us."

It's odd, because he's sure that Knock Out's damage couldn't have all been suffered after being brought here, so he'd come in with all his injuries intact... and yet here was Blurr with barely a scratch on him.

Blurr can't remember the last time he had proper check up, he's been away from cybertron for too long.

"Thankyousomuchsir. I supposed that's our small consolation IT's good enough for me an-y-thing is better than being offlined. You was injured too?"
docbot: (save a horse)

Ratchet pats Blurr on the shoulder with a small smile. The bot's energy and attitude and size are reminding him somewhat of Bee, and he can't help but be just a little charmed by that.

"No, not injured. I was heading through a land bridge, last I remember, and then... well. I woke up here."

And nothing will drag the details out of him with regards to that ignoble beginning here. No sane mech wants to admit to waking up with a face-full of Decepticon codpiece.

Blurr's kind of charmed himself, he's not used to friendly gestures, not even from teammates. He doesn't have many friends. He returns the smile, slightly sheepish.

"I wonder who dragged us here and why THIS can't possible be accidental." Blurr looks up at teh lambda and frowns. "Idontknowahatsthat."

Now that was a funny way to arrive and you know it. At least you and Knock Out made it out alive, Ratchet.
docbot: (strange as what I believe)

Ratchet peers up at the hole in the sky as well. "I wish I could tell you, but it's just as much a mystery to me. I've been trying to find answers, but everyone else seems to be clueless too."

He is definitely worried about who might have pulled all of them here. It can't have been an accident -- not with this many Cybertronians pulled from so many different places.

And if you don't ask about Knock Out, Blurr, Ratchet won't tell you.

"Perhaps we should look around the planet and see if there's a space bridge available."

He won't ask because he doesn't know the rd Decepticon yet. Your secret is safe, Ratchet.
docbot: (hold onto the wings of the angels)

"Do you think a space bridge would be able to work properly, given the distortion that's putting off?" Ratchet points up at the Lambda which is very obviously large and radiant and... not normal.
