All Medics on Deck
WHO: Hospital mingle log
WHERE: Solus' Medical Bay
WHEN: Shortly after the Tarn fiasco
WHAT: Injured bots and annoyed medics
WARNINGS: Cranky medics and impatient patients
After the battle with the DJD, there are quite a few who had retained minor to severe injuries, and Red Alert is here to tend to them as they came in. Assuming that they think to come in at all. She realizes that she can't really scold anyone, as the act of taking down one of the Haven's most dangerous inhabitants was completely necessary and unavoidable.
Red Alert can be found fussing over patients, and she will allow guests as long as they're not loud or otherwise disruptive. Please don't try to escape, she'll come after you.

THANKS FOR THE PATIENCE OH GOD
The mechanisms of the joint whirr a little, attempting to move a limb that wasn't there,"It's safe to say that the outcome was better than expected." He calculated a much higher instance of death.
Prowl approaches Optimus from the doorway so that he is a few paces from the berth. Much closer than before, but not exactly hinting at any sort of camaraderie by normal standards.
"Your assistance is appreciated."
When was the last time Prowl said thank you?
AHAH...AHAH...yeah about that... >>
"Hn. I'm glad you requested it. But I would have given it freely, no matter what. He had to be stopped."
He has been trying so hard to stick to the rules of this place, to not involve himself unduly in other areas...but letting Tarn run amok when he could do something about it?
No.
He eyes Prowl for a moment, optics lingering briefly on the empty limb socket. "I am just glad that the outcome was not worse. We lost enough as it was, just stopping him."
RASPY BREATHING NOISES
He tracked Optimus's optics, noticing where they wandered as he spoke. Even their intrepid leader was not excluded from the constant analysis. A hand goes to cover the socket, as if to detract his attention away from it.
"I don't understand why you don't join us permanently, Optimus."
A question that seemed innocent enough, coming from Prowl.
"Most of what comes from the Law Committee appears to be simple formality."
EEEK
"You mean besides the fact that I wish to abide by the rules of this place? Because, barring unusual circumstances, the enforcement team can readily handle things without me. I'm willing to step in when absolutely necessary, but otherwise I feel I am more needed elsewhere."
i wonder how far back we can take this thread
Prowl leans back against the wall next to his berth, allowing a little fatigue to leak through his cold expression. There's a few moments of silence before he speaks up again.
"I mentioned it because I'm still concerned about Tarn. His capture will only last about as long as the Firstforged will tolerate. He'll eventually be allowed to go free again."
At least, so he predicts per his calculated variables.
....So very far back. Never-ending threads.
"Be that as it may, it is what I have decided."
Injured and berth-bound or not, he was not about to back down in this.
"If Tarn is released, then he can and will be dealt with. I will assist in that, as before. But enforcement is no longer my day-to-day duty."
never letting this go ever
"But a more permanent solution would be best for the Haven. I don't believe I need to crunch that many numbers to convince you of that.", he makes eye contact.
"Though perhaps that's something better suited for the Law Committee to handle."
