What's December Without Christmas Eve? [Tree Decorating: OPEN]

Well, Kay and Elita had done it. It took awhile, and surprisingly, all in one night, but they'd been able to grab branches from the large crystal trees that the pink robot had grown, and placed them all around Haven. Where, specifically? Outside the temples! Really, surprised no one noticed it.  But to those who walk out of the them, they'll now notice a tree on either their right or left, empty, glittering, and with a note.



What could this mean? What's this? There's trees everywhere! What's this? And depending on what your alignment is/where you live, you'll get a different tree. 

(ooc: I'll be putting comments up for each quadrant's tree. Comment under whichever one you'd like to react to/decorate/chat with people under. It's a huge mingle thread! Also, don't forget to put your tag in the log!

"But I'll go first. I'm Tarn, with the DJD." He hums consideringly, adding, "I don't expect you to have heard of us, human."

"You're DJs?"

Well, that made him slightly less scary. But she's still keeping her distance. "Can you play pop or R&B? What about the lastest hits from the 80's?"

[Kay they can't be 'latest hits' if they're in the 80's.]

He's never interacted with a human in-person before! Of course he does! Besides, if this one has an unfortunate accident, there's plenty more where she came from -- she said so herself.

"I'm afraid you're mistaken. It's Decepticon Justice Division, and while I am no DJ I do posses some lovely speakers and an even finer musical collection. But before we get into that, what's your designation? I'd hate to be in the company of someone rude."

"My name? It's...Kay. Just Kay."

It couldn't hurt to just know a name right? She just has to play it cool with this one. Decepticons aren't ALWAYS bad...look at Fracas and Starscream!

"I think you should take up being a DJ. You've got the voice for it~"

"I've got the voice for many things," and his voice does this interesting little dip there for a second.

"Now what about you? What do you do, Kay? I've heard humans are capable of building entire societal hierarchies. Where do you fit in?"

[littlecrowgirl]

"Well~

I don't like to brag, but I'm a legendary Great Thief!"

Actually, she does like to brag.

"You don't look very legendary, but, appearances can be deceiving. What 'legends' have you stolen, human? Impress me."

"Me? I stole the Truth."

And it's something she's very proud of.

"It's my understanding that the Decepticons make it a habit of stealing the truth in their deception. What makes your little act so special?"

Oh no, this guy might be a mean one... He sure doesn't sound impressed though... even though he still sounds super cheerful. Ugh, mixed messages, much?

"Decepticons are the bad guys though, right? Well, I steal from the bad guys. So I steal from the guys who stole."

Which makes her twice as good, don'tcha know.

"The naughtiest Decepticons are removed from the ranks through my power. Would that then, make me a 'good guy'?"

[littlecrowgirl]

"It depends on what you...do to remove them. Do you lock them up?"

Like a trial system?

"Sometimes." For a while.

Just like a trial, actually! Granted, he's the judge, jury, and one fifth of the executioners party.

"Well, as long as they're fair trials, then you're good!"

"Would someone with a voice like this be anything but fair?"

"I've learned not to trust someone by their voice.

Tarn chuckles, and my, isn't it a lovely sound, even for a robot.

"What does it take then, to win your trust?"

Eventually he's going to get tired of humouring the human with harmless conversation and just make a grab for her.
