Korra was dreaming again.  Another delusion.  Fire, earth, water--fighting fighting fighting, then a bright light....

The girl stirs in her sleep, feeling as if she were in a cold dark cage.

A lot can be said about Gunmax. The renegade nature he has, the occasional less-than-pleasant demeanor he gives off, the remarks he'll make at others just to stir up trouble, disliking orders...

But he's loyal. Sometimes even when he shouldn't be, admittedly, he is loyal to his friends.

He'd stepped away from Korra for just a moment in order to get some energon, but upon returning, he sees the way she stirs. Gunmax pauses, frowning faintly.

Really, he wishes he could do more.

"Sorry, kiddo," he murmurs to himself. "Should have looked out for you better."

The dream-delusions shifts. Naga's there! Her girl is lapping up her face, and Korra laughs, reaching up to wrap her arms around her thick neck.

Doesn't matter if she's just touching air. The grin's wide on her face, her laughter genuine if weak.

Well. That earns a wry smile from Gunmax.

He'll take that.

The biker takes his seat once more, sitting back and sipping his energon as he keeps an eye on the Avatar.

Korra curls up on her side, rubbing the polarbeardog's belly. (Of course, she's just rubbing a cool surface.)

"Naga, where've you been?" Korra giggles as the polarbeardog licks her some more. It tickles.

"I met talking mech tanks without people in them." She stops, yawning.
