A ship is a ship is a ship [Backdated]
WHO: Wheeljack and Friends
So if you've gotten the coordinates from Wheeljack, you'll find that he's stationed himself just on the outer edge of Solus's Quadrant. Away from all the rough terrain that seemed to occupy most of the space there. Surprisingly, it's well pegged and marked off, with supplies piled high and tarps galore. One would actually think someone COMPETENT made this! Well, Bulk DID help. There aren't TOO many people here yet, just Wheeljack (and probably Bulkhead) setting up frames so the metal doesn't fall over. They seem pretty busy, but you can go converse with them if you need something to do.
There's a large robot-sized table, with plans laid out that show a ship. Cute, in design, don't you think?
Or, if you happen to be passing by Solus's Quadrant and you didn't get an invite from Wheeljack himself, feel free to see what's up with the Wrecker and his buddy. Primus knows they could use all the help they can get.
(ooc: there'll be minature posts, one to recieve your 'job', and the each one's respective jobs where you can mingle! Also, feel free to cross over and discuss with other 'jobs'. Anyone who's built anything knows that everything functions TOGETHER instead of separate. So feel free to converse!)
WHERE: Ship building site just on the outskirts of Solus's Quadrant

RECEIVE YOUR JOB
Alternatively, Bulkhead can give you one too.]

[The only reason he even came out here was to keep the ship from being named some horrible amalgamation of Magnus' favored weapon, and... Wheeljack himself. Which put all sorts of unwanted imagery into his head.]
[He doesn't saunter. He just approaches, his hands on his hips.]
[Well?]

And look at those optics light up.]

[He pipes enthusiastically, even throwing in a salute!]

Hey kid. Glad to see ya made it.
Why don't you tell me what you're best at? You a techie, or more for hands on labor?
no subject
Uh... well, considering I don't know what you mean by techie, I guess it'd be safer to go with hands on?

Or he could simply go and help like he said he would, and just brood on the whole crazy thing later. That and how the whole be friends with Wheeljack again just like old times wasn't working out. At least to him it wasn't.
With a sigh and a look like he's half ready to bolt, he makes his way over to the build site.]
Hey.

His eyes actually widened when he heard that 'hey'. And he turned to see it's source.]
Hey Deads. Glad you're here.

But. Wheeljack asked for people to help, and this is one of the things that Fracas is good at. And he knows that at least the two Wreckers won't be after him, which makes a huge difference.
No blowing up or getting smushed here.
So, after steeling himself, he walks over.]
Uh... hi.
Oh hey Fracas. :D
He turns at the greeting, and despite them talking over the link, the site of a Vehicon still gives start. He has to fight down that first instinct, the guy's not even acting aggressively.]
Hey, uh, never did get yer name.
Bulkhead hi 8D
Hai! How are you?
Oh I'm cool and very alive. How about you?
Well, I haven't nearly died in months, which is kind of surreal. But otherwise good!
Yeah, the lack of almost dying can get really eerie sometimes. But it's not so bad!
It really is!
And the not trying to murder each other is a plus too!

To be honest, the only reason why she's even going is to make sure it actually gets done. That... and maybe to stay close to whatever's left of the team. Yes, Wheeljack is a part of the team, at least enough for her. With the loss of Optimus and feeling a strange disconnect to those who are here--or who she hopes are still here; it's been a long time since she's seen Ratchet--maybe it's time to put personal grudges aside and stick together.
Optimus would have wanted that...
As soon as she spots the site and gets close enough, she transforms back and casually walks up to Wheeljack, a hand on her hip.]
So what's the rundown?
no subject
Say we're off to a good start. It'll take awhile, but definitely a lot faster than the last time I built it.
Tell me, Cee. You more for electronics or straight up buildin'?

Re: RECEIVE YOUR JOB
Except Ratchet had been pretty MIA as of late and it had the rookie worried.
Maybe Bulkhead and Arcee knew what the medic was up to. He'd have to ask them.
Arriving at the work site, Smokescreen transformed and streched some, bouncing on his pedes a bit, ready to get started.]

So when the newbie rolls in, those blue eyes flicker happily.]
Was wondering when you'd show, kid.
[He goes over to Smokescreen, putting him in a playful headlock and 'ruffling' that helm.]

Hey Wheeljack, there's a tiny yellow mutant cowboy on your shoulder.]

BUILDING THE HULL
After all, what's a ship without a...SHIP?]
Re: BUILDING THE HULL
Oh yeah. He's also brought music to build by, via his built in sound system. Unfortunately most of his music is rock music thanks to Miko.]
