There's a lot of people who were injured during the Second Wave, and most of them are going to end up in the medbay somehow. This log is for anyone who wants to log dragging/being dragged in for repairs, having repairs done/finished, or just coming to visit Ratchet to watch or help out. Ratchet's openned the Med Bay to everyone, just tag in a new thread with a time tag on it and I'll log with you c:

"They're both stable. I've wired Gunmax to a generator, so he won't be running out of power, although he won't be up for any more of whatever you did before that drained him so much. As for Drift..."

Ratchet's optics flick over to said mech, mouth tilting downwards briefly.

"I'll have to do more examinations, but he's not degenerating anymore for sure."

And now his eyes are back on Deckerd.

"You're certain you don't need anything before you leave? Because I've got time now. May not later."

The Brave Detective rubs a hand over his face.

"No, no thank you. Save your supplies and energy for those who need it."

It's obvious he's worrying to excess about it, but there's no stopping him.

"I had no idea Drift was in this sort of shape. If I had I wouldn't have asked him to help."

The near suicidal attitude seemed to be enough clue, he should have seen it.

"Gunmax said you were talking about replacing our engines. So we could consume your type of energy. Is that true?"

A quick nod.

"Alright. When this is all over, though, I'd like to see you. Because you lot don't self-heal even the little knicks and dents, right?"

Ratchet rubs at his chevron, tired.

"And I'm sure you wouldn't have. A lot of mechs... are good at hiding their conditions." His eyes harden. "I'll yell at him for it later. It was an irresponsible thing to do."

He's rather pissed off about that. He'd spoken to Drift beforehand about staying safe! This had been... the absolute opposite, really.

"As for you and your team, I am going to investigate changing your engines. I can't guarantee anything yet, but it seems like the most efficient route for keeping you fueled properly."

It doesn't settle him entirely, he just drops his gaze to the floor and spends a moment chewing on his words.

"No need to tell at him. He was just trying to help. I just should have been more responsible about who I ask to do these tasks. It should have been me out there."

He shakes his head slowly.

"And I'm perfectly alright. I may look rough, but it's nothing vital or life threatening." Close enough.

"I look forward to it. We were given a small batch of energon concocted for our safe consumption, but I'd rather not put any more stress on the First Forged."
