Chasing a lie I thought I believed in

WHAT: Kay's exploring the Junkpile for some items. If you cross her path and talk to her she'll most likely find an item for you.

WARNINGS: She's a little grumpy after being embarrassed in front of Alpha Trion. Feel like cheering her up?

There's nothing worse than being made a fool in front of your idol.  And Kay had learned that all too quickly.  Cliffjumper had not only pranked her into thinking he'd been turned into a guitar (a guitar that was now gone, whether by Trion's correction or her own disposal), but some things, like your own competence shouldn't be called out on.  At least that's how Kay saw it.  But bottling yourself up in your room was getting old, so she took it outside, trekking all the way to the Junkpile to relieve some teenage-girl steam.  Although this didn't keep her from her promise to Kagerou either.  She sent a text to the robot saying she'd meet him there if he was well enough to go.

From pile to pile she leapt, searching for anything and everything.  There wasn't much to find that didn't get scavenged earlier, but it provided a great distraction from everything.  She sat crouched, examining what looked to be a whisk before tossing it to the side, scanning this pile once more.

"Stupid."

Whether she was talking about the whisk or something else was to be debated.  She flipped her hair out of the way, giving a big sigh before hoisting herself to her feet.

Maybe the next pile would have something.

But I'm not after paltry trinkets.

B-but thievery is bad! It ^{makes people} unhappy and it's against the law.

What if you're stealing evidence from a murderer to prove he's guilty?

Then the proofs are compromised and you can't use those IT'S the police force's job to find evidence.

And how does the police force find that evidence? By taking it.

[This is just...a really hot issue with her. For personal reasons.]

Ivestigating there's a difference because THEY'RE professional that follow a system to make sure the proofs don't get mixed or compromised but sometimes there are mistakes I admit that much

[It's a sore subject for Blurr too after what happened with Wasp.]

And what if that's not enough? What if someone gets killed because of that?!

Back home...back home our trials are three days long. We don't have time on our side. A lot of innocent people can be sent to death row. Prosecutors sometimes see it like a competition. Who can get the most guilty verdicts.

If that's more law abiding than stealing evidence to prove someone's innocence, then just TRY to handcuff me.

And what if someone changes the proofs to incriminate someone else? I saw that happen. THERE?S no perfect syst...3 days only?

I wouldn't let that happen. I would find the REAL evidence.

There's always a loophole in false testimony.

[Blurr's tone of voice gets deeper and more serious. What ahppeend with Was is something that brought up the mistakes in Cybertronian's law system and he wonder how many innocent bots they sent to the stockade.

I'm sorry...it's just...my dad was killed because of flaws in our legal system.

[Blurr stops complete, slowly to make sure she doesn't get hurt. Stoppñing it's better than running into a wall if he gets startled again.]

I-It's okay. He was killed by someone undercover in a smuggling ring. No one suspected it...

[She notices that it could be seen as awkward just...saying that, so she rubs his dashboard.]

[He is mostly unsure how to comfort her. The temperature inside the car raises, becoming more warm.]

I'm still sorry I PROMISE I won't let anybody here hurt you Kay.

[She nestles herself into that seat, rubbing it slightly. She didn't know what part exactly she was stroking, only hoping it was a good feeling.]

Thank you, Blurr. Hopefully one day you won't even have to. I want to become strong.
