Can someone lend me a hand?
Who: Knockout and Albert Heinrich
What: Albert makes a deal with a shiny-devil
Where: Solus' quadrant, the medbay
When: backdated to last week
Warnings: Surgery and possible deals with the devil.
[Albert Heinrich suspected he made a mistake coming to Knockout. He didn't look exactly like someone you'd throw your lot in with, but he did anyway. And the other fact that made his stomach churn at just the thought was the fact he was willingly making himself a weapon again. He could have let his stump of an arm remain a stump, it would have done less damage anyway. But wishful thinking aside, it wasn't practical for him to go unarmed (no pun intended). This place was hostile, and going about without a weapon was a death wish, especially when you were part of the police force.
The cyborg in his leather jack skirted through Solus' temple on his way to the medbay. The cyborg merely folded his arms, leaning against the wall. Hopefully the medic would be there as he waited for the mech. What kind of favor did Knockout have in mind? And just how long would he keep it from him? No doubt the medic would implant something for blackmailing collateral. He may not have much a choice, but he wasn't going unprepared.]

Now he was on the far end of the medbay, tools ready, checking his new creation. It was not an easy task to build such a smaller hand, much less considering that it could turn into a rifle, but he liked challenges.]
no subject
Looked like you had your work cut out for you.
no subject
Ah, there you are. Right in time. [The medic leaned over, offering a hand (oh the irony) for the man to climb on it. A hand full of claws, but still a hand.] We need to get you on the berth for the operation.
no subject
[Reluctantly, Albert sees no choice but to get in the robot's hand, as clawed and dangerous it seemed.]
Next time might I recommend making it human accessible?
no subject
[He won't kill a human in the middle of the medbay where everyone can see him. Not like he has any reason to crush Albert. Yet.]
We have human sized berths, new ones even. The old ones got stepped on so very often we decided to put the organic sized stuff on one left side of the medbay. I can't operate properly if you are lying in one of those.
[Knock Out puts Albert down and then turns to grab small tank filled whit a yellow liquid. In the middle of the tanks there's...yes, a robot hand and forearm.] Isn't it beautiful?
no subject
Yeah, guess it wouldn't make sense for someone like me to be in those...
[He gives the forearm a good once-over. Pretty impressive craft work, there.]
You have a lot of experience building arms, I take it.
no subject
I do. What gave me away? [The medic presses a button on the base of the tank and when it's finally empty he carefully takes out the arm and puts it on the berth.]
Take off your shirt, and the rest of things you organics use to cover yourselves, and lie down. I need to run some scans.
no subject
[Albert removes his shirt, making it as quick as possible. Most of his body was a healthy human build, but the half where his broken arm resided was a collection of metal plates. Albert felt a bit of a chill when removing the shirt. Slowly complying, he lies down.]
Alright, let's make this quick.
no subject
Art can't be rushed...what was your name again? [Graving a device from the nearest table Knock Out runs an exhaustive scan. He moves the toll from the top of Albert's shoulder to to his wrist.]
Can you turn off your pain receptors? [Not like Knock Out really minds but it's easier to work if his patients are not squirming.]
no subject
004.
They don't pick up much, but I'll be fine.
[Must you be so stubborn.]
no subject
Why a number?
Fine with me. [He doesn't really care, he was nice enough to actually ask. Megatron didn't want to get his pain receptors turned off or go into stasis. It must be trendy. Knock Out starts working on the elbow, cutting part of the metal and checking the cables underneath.]
Other humans made you, like the Brave Police bots?
no subject
I was modified, not made. The people who made me into a weapon gave me that number. I use it as a way to defy them, to go against what they wanted.
no subject
A rebel, I see. Did you kill them? I can tell you weren't fond of them.
no subject
Only their war machines. But trust me, when I see Black Ghost, I'm going to make sure he stays dead.
no subject
And that Black Ghost is like you? Half organic half machine?
no subject
I don't know, but he moves like one. No one knows what exactly he is.
no subject
How does he looks like?
no subject
Wears a skull mask and a cape. Dramatic, but he's one of the biggest arms dealers in the world.
no subject
Sounds likes someone's still living like a tv show villain from the 80's.
