WHO: Megatronus and Blurr (TFA)
WHERE: Megatronus 's temple
WHEN: Right after McCrane announcement.
WHAT:bitching Discussing Overlord's release.
WARNINGS: Probably none. Will update if needed.
Blurr was trying to remain calm. He always tried to do that in this sort of tense situations, because he knew that it was even harder to understand the way he spoke when he was nervous. And he needed answers, at least a good one. He was not going to leave without one, no matter what.
He arrived to Megatronus's temple in no time. Then sprinted all the way to the room where the acolytes tell him they would be able to found the Firstforged and knocked twice.

Regardless, he was stationed in one of the temple's central chambers, surrounded by Acolytes who were doing their level best to track down a certain troublesome Unicronian jet for their lord. He didn't so much as glance back at the door at the sound of the knock. The drones had been in and out all day.
"Enter," he said.
Though the doors in the lower sections of the structure and Megatronus' personal quarters in particular were kept locked, the ones in the main areas rarely were.

He thought about waiting for the FirstForged to pay attention to him, he thought about introducing himself first and he thought about shouting at the other mech as well. In the end he only said one word.
“WHY!? “ It was not common for Burr to raise his voice, it was strange to him, but he wanted to be heard.
no subject
"Why what?" he asked.
Blurr would have to be more specific: why was a question he heard all too often. If he spared a few moments to think on it, he could certainly guess what recent action of his was grinding in the little blue mech's gears, but he didn't care to play guessing games.

"Why our suffering means nothing to you Why you ignore Overlord's crimes Why you put to shame all your kind is supposed to represent. Feel free to chose what you want to answer, or ignore, first."
no subject
Megatronus snorted and waved a hand as though trying to dismiss what he saw as excessive drama.
"Cut the theatrics, I've already heard my fill for the month," he said, then turned and faced Blurr fully. "I'll warn you once to address me with greater respect. Now, what is it exactly that you want to know? One question at a time."
no subject
Blurr crossed his arms over his chest. He was tapping his one foot on the floor so fast it was practically impossible to follow. He did no flinch nor he backed of when the FirstForged turned to face him. It was quite the impressive view, he could admit that.
"Respect needs to be earned. You show us none why not reciprocate? I'm here because you put a convicted murderer on the streets IT WAS against the law and justice, and that's above everyone even your kind."
no subject
"We are the law on this planet. You're a foolish, presumptuous little scraplet if you think you're entitled to make any demands of me on my own homeworld."
He settled into a low crouch to further close the distance between them. Little rivulets of flame could be seen rising between the seams of his armor, the tell-tale indication that the Prime's temper was slipping. He had better things to do than justify himself to one of Primus' lesser creations.
"Who resurrects those mechs who die within the bounds of the Haven? I am among them. If you cannot respect that much, you have no business speaking to me."
no subject
"Your world YOUR law then...not my own NOT the one the rest of the mechs out there would accept willingly." Blurr gestured towards the door."You really want them to see you all as Dictators? I could tell you know how that would end. We never asked to be brought to your homeworld in the first placeand we dont' like to be treated as servants or experiments. " That last word was grunted with disgust.
The racer lowered his voice, some of his anger soothed, but still there. " You are stronger and far more powerful far more powerful than most I were always aware of what could happen to me if I decided to come here you could torture me or kill me or even resurrect me later to torture me and kill me again. But I don't care because I would die knowing I did whatever was in my power to accomplish a sacred duty.

Despite being a notorious grump however, it did take more than a few poorly worded outbursts to truly motivate him to kill. He was beginning to find Blurr more baffling than infuriating. What was he on about now? The noble sentiment was wasted on him.
"A 'sacred duty' to irritate me until I so long for the pleasure of silence that I crush you? Don't waste my time. There are dozens of Glyphless on the brink of turning into mindless beasts and a Unicronian prowling the Haven, one whom I owe a violent death for his trespasses against my brother. I have better things to kill."
He straightened and crossed his arms over his chest, the picture perfect example of a stubborn tank.
"Call me a dictator if you like. Where my Marked or my territory are concerned, my word is indeed law."
no subject
Blurr relaxed marginally when Megatronus moved and shunt air through his vents that he didn't realize he was holding until now.
"Maybe" Blurr huffed and then gave Megatronus a curious glance. "You care about sir Vector?" Blurr glanced at his glyph briefly, golden and shiny. It was no secret who was he linked too.
"And because of that everyone else has to suffer? If he kills again then is MY territory, my duty to stop him."
no subject
As opposed to the rest of his fellow Firstforged - save perhaps Solus - for each of whom he could easily name a half-dozen or more critical flaws.
"If Overlord kills another mech, you are to alert me immediately so that I may deal with him personally. I gave him explicit instructions to refrain from harming his fellow Marked; I will be displeased if he chooses to ignore that directive."
Perhaps the one advantage to Megatronus' dictatorial attitude was that the Refugees he called his own were subject to it as much as anyone else.
no subject
"He CAN'T kill!? I eh...gnnnhhh..." The much smaller bot was left spechless for a few seconds. That was a lot for a mech like Blurr. "T-that's a good thing why your acolyte didn't tell us about it?"
no subject
Vector, in fact, would be in very big trouble with his more battle-adept kin when he was well enough to be subjected to the new training regimen they'd designed for him. There would be no more foolish one-on-one showdowns with the allies of Unicron that ended with Vector being swatted out of the sky.
"The Acolytes take well to simple commands," he said. They're not very bright, would have been another way of saying it. "Beyond that, my word should have been sufficient. Do you think I have poor judgement, Blurr?"
no subject
" Is that a trick question? ...no, I do not sir but I don't like to assume thigns when I have nothing to back them up so I DIDN'T imagine that Overlord would be banned from killing and actually follow the command." He thought that Overlord will eventually ignore the deal, but now he did feel a tiny bit less worried. He also felt really tired all of sudden. "Thank you for that."
no subject
There was surprisingly little offense in his tone despite his words. He was aware that the other mech wasn't looking to insult him, but Blurr needed to mind the assumptions he was making.
He did have a point about Overlord's temperament and trustworthiness, however.
"It would be foolish of him to do so, but it is possible he will choose to go against my instructions. I will deal with him if he does. However, consider the following: if you kept a violent mech in a cell with nothing to do but grow bored and ever more desperate for a fight, would you not expect a massacre when he escaped?"
As a violent mech himself, Megatronus knew exactly the kind of carnage they might have been in for if they'd kept Overlord caged for too long. His escape would have been an inevitability: any mech who wanted something badly enough always found a way.
"For that matter, he requested my assistance. I am generally content to let you Refugees do as you will amongst yourselves but I do not ignore my own when they seek my aid."
no subject
"I see your point but we can't free criminals just because they are bored. MOST OF THEM will kill people no matter what rules you try to convince him to follow. I try to look for everyone's well being not the happiness of a few."
Blurr knew this conversation was mostly over. Overlord being Megatronu's responsibility was better than nothing, at least.
no subject
After all, if the Firstforged cared so little for them or wanted them dead, it wouldn't be hard to expel them themselves.
At some point during their discussion one of the Acolytes had come up behind him, clutching a datapad and waiting for its master to address it. Megatronus finally turned to face the drone, addressing a few parting words to Blurr:
"Overlord is of no use to anyone if he's kept confined. I may yet find a practical task to set him to. Monitor him if you like, but he's to remain free for now."
no subject
"Goodbye, sir." The smaller mech saluted him and turned to leave. So much still had to be done.
