Meet and Greet and Everything Else

Where: Haven's Hub and Rec Center
When: The first week of November
What: This is the general meet and greet for Glyphless as Wing and Drift invited everyone to the bar for some R&R, shelter, fuel and medical attention.
Warnings: None at the moment!

Well it certainly is buzzing with activity, the new surge of glyphless wanderers has certainly made work, but it's not too gloom and doom. People are getting fed, and getting repairs if needed. And spirits seem decent if not a little tense for obvious reasons.

And focusing more on what's wrong isn't good for his spark. Though his mind does go there, specially with the useless feeling he's felt in recent events. "I'm definitely takin' it easy." If you ignore the walk. He holds the finger still for the hug.

"But gettin' further than just outside the temple was definitely needed." It's brought up his spirits some. Not that Wheeljack and Miko were horrible companions. But, he's a warrior, a fighter, a wrecker. He's used to doing stuff, not sitting on his tail-pipe all the time.

"Yeah, it helps. Even if it can get borin' after a while."

"I'm glad your getting better big guy. Sometimes... it just takes some time I guess." She let go of the finger after a moment but still smiling up at him. More then once now her guardian had gotten the better of something that almost took him from her and she was proud to be his friend.

"Yeah. Between you, Smokescreen and the docs here I'll be back good as new soon enough." He shifts his servo to lay it palm up, optics softening. An invite if she wants to climb on. He can still pick her up at least.

She steps up onto the hand happily, not about to deny him any of the things he can still do right now. "Once your doing better maybe we could go out a little ways and look around together." It was a suggestion and she doubted she would get lost if she went with Bulkhead.

"Heh, know what I've been wantin' to do? Go off roadin'." When was the last time they did that? "But we can do that, and go explorin' too." He likes the idea, this Cybertron is so new from the one he knows, he wants to get out and see more of it.

"Well, since there aren't many roads here, we can do both. And make our own roads." She was happy to plan going out with Bulkhead once he was better, and maybe having a goal to work on would help him keep a positive mind about his recovery. "Though we do have to be careful to stay away from the bad lands."

"Right, gotta avoid the bad lands. But there's still plenty to see. This is a pretty big planet." Which is an understatement. But this definitely gives him something to look forward to. Just like the sparring with Smokescreen and Wheeljack.

"Heh, I'm glad I have ya here. I don't think I'd be doin' this good otherwise."

"Maybe we can find something big, or at least important." She can't help but smile at that, it feels good to be acknowledged by any of the bots, but especially her best friend. "I just want to help you get better, I know it's important."

"Maybe, but let's not get too far ahead, I'm not there yet." If feels good to make plans though. Something to look forward to.

Of course he'd acknowledge her. She's his partner and one of his best friends.

"I know and you've been a great help." He means it, Primus knows there's been days he hasn't wanted to get out of the berth. But she's gotten him out of it.

"I know, just... nice to talk about going out again, even if we are planning a bit ahead." She tries really hard not to sound like she has missed that time with Bulkhead too much. She does want him to know she misses it, but she doesn't want to make him upset or feel bad over it either.

"You're my best friend Bulkhead, I would do anything for you."

"Yeah, it's been a while since we went out. We'll have to make up for lost time." He misses it too. Pit, he misses just being able to use his alt-mode. It would be so much easier to get around.

"I know, I'll have to find a way to repay ya." That's not out of guilt either.

"We will, after we get to that point again we can do lots of stuff, okay." She pats him lightly, trying to be supportive of him.

"How about, when we get home, you and me go to a concert together?" What could be a better reward them more time with her best bud in the whole world, heck in all of two worlds now.

"Deal, we'll make a day of it." His optics brighten a little at the thought.

"Sounds like a plan. Even if there aint one in Jasper, we can convince Ratchet to bridge us to where one is." Even if they annoy the medic, it would be worth it.

"Sounds perfect!"

"I'll leave Ratchet to you, he hates saying yes to bridging me anywhere." she gives him a sly grin, since her ability to get through the bridge without anyone noticing is well known among them.
