WHO: Kevin and Megatron
WHERE: Junkpile
WHEN: Not long after this thread
WHAT: Megatron chats it up with a young human
WARNINGS: Absolutely nothing can go wrong here

Once upon a time, Megatron wouldn't have bothered with humans. They were weak, short-lived, and lead a completely pointless existence. His view on them hadn't changed too much, but he could respect their desire to live. Besides, there was something oddly fascinating about them, though he couldn't quite put a finger on it.

So he decided to indulge in one. If it bored him, then he could easily hand it to Shockwave for a little experimentation. He doubted too many would notice his disappearance. The warlord chuckled to himself as he arrived at the junkpile and transformed, arcing gracefully into the air and landing with a thud. Now to wait for his little pet to make an appearance.

Finally, something to do. Another day, another giant robot to impress. So far, Kevin's powers -- when he bothered to show them off -- never failed to amaze. Why would this be any different?

It hadn't quite dawned on him that this guy was another Megatron. But why should that matter? Kevin had a pretty good track record with bots that had Megatron in their name so far. Even if he did know, it'd just be more incentive to go see him. Megatrons were cool!

Kevin made it to the junkpile quick enough, grinning the whole way as he looked around for Megatron.

Kevin stopped and leaned back on his heels, staring up at Megatron confidently. He'd long since been desensitized to the presence of even the most intimidating of giant robots -- staying with Megatronus does that to a guy.

"Maybe other guys wouldn'a showed, but what can I say? You seem like a pretty interesting guy. And I'm pretty interesting, myself."

He didn't show off his powers much on video -- partly because he didn't feel like reaching out to people, but mostly because he loved the reactions he got when he did this one on one. Kevin reached out and grabbed a piece of scrap. The silvery chrome bled onto the flesh of his hand, and the color and texture soon crept up his arm and swept across his body until he was entirely covered in a form-fitting shell of metal.

With that done, Kevin pulled the scrap from its hiding place in the junk pile, finding it to be a large, bent-up sheet of metal. He raised it high above his head, the shell reinforcing his arms and increasing his strength tenfold. True, to someone like Megatron it was probably like watching an ant lift a crumb, but it was still an impressive feat for any human, much less one Kevin's size.

Kevin hadn't made use of the ability very much, but when he'd ventured with the other Megatron into battle, he'd made excellent use of it -- he'd even been able to disguise himself slightly to the creatures they'd been fighting, making them think he was one of their own so he could get close.

"It definitely comes in handy. I went out on that excursion battle thing with Megatron and came back alive thanks to what I can do."
