gotta stay awake

WHO; Dead End, Fortress Maximus, Rung
WHERE; s o m e w h e r e........probably wherever DE & Rung are hanging out.
WHEN; 22nd-23rd
WHAT; Two dogs one dude. All of which are Cybertronians at core.
WARNINGS; Bad dogs?

After this long, Fortress Maximus was starting to get used to things - but that didn't mean he had to like them. On the contrary, he hated this form. How small it was, how weak it was, how defenseless it was...and that was just to start with. Relying on a drone to cross any decent amount of distance was less than ideal.

At least it understood him well enough in this form to 'stay' when he barked at it. Small mercies. Because sometimes he just needed to be /alone/, and, yes, allow the form itself to just...do its thing. That was one point in its favor - it wasn't that hard not to /think/. Again, small mercies.

Right now it'd led him far enough in the Haven where there was enough to catch its olfactory sensors' attention. More than enough. Fortress Maximus, hero of Simanzi, walked with his nose on the ground as he followed a rather...interesting trail.

"Dead End, please," Rung said softly, gently petting the canine's head before his gaze went to Fort Max as the other started to approach. His smile didn't waver, even as the other sat down a few feet away, Rung settling Dead End on his lap again before holding out a hand.

"You're being stubborn now."

At least he wasn't too close, small mercies. The further away that bot was from Rung, the better, even if Dead End would rather he be on the other side of the planet, this was better than nothing.

At least until Rung had set him down, that's when it all went bad. Or to Dead End it had gone bad. Rung was reaching out to the bad bot, of all things! He couldn't let anything happen to Rung, even if the therapist couldn't see it, he had to keep him safe from this guy.

The little pomeranian jumped up in Rung's lap, immediately pawing at his arm. Rung, don't do it, it's not safe.
