What: A swarm of drones begins to investigate what they can of the Haven

The relative peace in the Haven might find itself mildly disturbed this day.

From Liege's quadrant, the disturbance would appear as a small black cloud before immediately dispersing across the haven. It was a swarm, to be more precise. A swarm a small drones. Only about three feet in width and roughly oblong in shape, the robotic drones began to wander into every crevice and hole they could find themselves in.

Aside from the swarm that emerged from their point of origin, the drones never interacted with each other. Individually, each probe tirelessly and methodically scanned what they could of the Haven's temples and the wide expanses between them. Any open doors or windows may lure one of the small machines in to investigate.

But, save for their rather nosy nature, the drones appeared to be totally harmless. They could be handled (to an extent) and will only flee from detectable danger. But, unless you're particularly offended by their scanning, their stay shouldn't drag out for too long. A brief scan and a few kicked over items later, and it's gone.

But of course - what would be the fun in leaving them alone? Someone's behind the use of these drones. And the motive of said person has yet to be revealed.

[The Galleon's been pulled down extremely low in orbit son Don could do repair work or whatever, and Marvelous is on the bridge, scrolling through his tablet lazily to look through the network. Nothing new. Boring. He'd have to spice things up. That's about when he catches movement out of the corner of his eye, and looks up to see, well, a droid, coming out of the cockpit area. He's in action immediately, pulling his musket off of the table at his elbow and firing at the droid until it hit the bridge floor.]

Doc!

[He's in the bowels of the ship, but at the sound of gunfire he's up the stairs in a moment, a welding mask still strapped to his head, looking down at the droid on the floor.]

What? Marvelous, what is it?

[He approaches the little device, eyeing it]

What did it do, did it say anything?

[Marvelous scowls, rising out of his seat with musket heavy in his palm.]

No, but it's not yours, so I shot it.

[He crosses his arms over his chest, looking down at both his ship engineer and the droid on the floor.]

It still movin'?

Nope. You killed it good, guys. It's as dead as dead can be.

The gun had punched a clear hole through the center of the oblong machine, sending sparks showering out of it every once in a while. Whatever it was doing, it can't do it anymore.

- Oh, wait. Oh whoops. There's a light that flickers on from the interior of the machine as it begins to reboot. Wow what the hell? How is it still functioning?
