Jetfire would have to hold out even longer because Starscream just lazily lounged back even more, not really even looking at the box. In fact, he acted like it wasn't even there at all.

He just eyed Jetfire instead.

In reality, Starscream either took an extremely long time to get over something, or he would quickly get over it, but taunt the other person repeatedly about whatever it was that happened.

It really depended on how personal the event was and just what.

As annoyed as he was by Jetfire's actions, he really hadn't been gone for long. And that, in itself, helped ease off the resentment.
