WHAT HAS SCIENCE DONE
WHO: FoC Perceptor & The Driller
WHERE: The Driller's Nest
WHEN Following the events in this thread.
WHAT: Perceptor held against his will by a tentacle monster? ... who only wants to see more fireworks.
WARNINGS: Driller.
He'd started to lose track of time down here. Sure, his internal clock was likely as accurate as ever. But with an utter lack of any other frame of reference for time, it's hard to reconcile days passing. It would have been easier if he'd had his Link. But that had been knocked out of his hands when Wheeljack had jumped on him.
At first, he'd explored the... nest. After all, hideous circumstances aside, the scientific curiosity was always strong -- and he had never witnessed a creature like this before. When he was released, it was only natural to see what he could learn from its lair.
He'd stopped after coming across the pieces of bodies.
There were some things even Perceptor didn't want to know. Maybe it was for the best -- considering he couldn't recall the last time he'd refueled, and the utter lack of the substance in this 'nest'. Staying put behind some bit of debris and hoping irrationally that Magnus had been contacted seemed like the best bet for the moment.
...
Until the creature returned, at any rate.
