Hangin' out [open]
Who: Wing and anyone who wants to drop by (but especially aimed at those he promised to call and meet up with later)
Where: The Hub's bar and likely various other places around the city, feel free to say where you want to meet him.
When: All week.
What: Meeting up with anyone who wants to come have a drink with the knight.
Warnings: Drinking and anything others might bring.
Over the next week, Wing would be spending a lot of time in the bar, or meeting people in various places. Some he promised to contact later the day he arrived, he would be calling each of them over the next few days, looking forward to meeting up with them and getting to know them.
Whether meeting in the bar, or coming across someone in the city, Wing was always one to greet the other with a grin. Hello, Haven, come meet this derpy hippie knight.

Definitely shenanigans. XD

Okay so maybe Drift was being a little overly optimistic as well, but that's how he rolls these days.

"So. What's this for?"

Wing continued to move, shifting from stance to stance in something that might almost seem like a dance. Everything is done slowly, smoothly, not just sonDrift can keep up, but because that is how it's done.

Buuuut that line of thought was taking Drift back to something he really didn't want to think about. He pushed it out of his mind and straightened up, rolling his shoulders and beaming ever so slightly from the praise. "To be fair, it really wasn't all that difficult."

"Oh. R-right, sure!"
Drift snapped back into the starting position less fluidly than Wing had, but he had the position down.

Once Drift had done this Wing shifted into the next pose. He would pause to correct Drift this time, moving Drift a little here, or changing how he's standing, or making any other little adjustments need to be made. He'll have Drift repeat the relaxation technique after each pose.
It's going to be late, and for as "little" as Drift seems to be doing, he just may be rather exhausted by the time Wing says they're finally done.
no subject
"Just how long have we been out here, anyway?"
Okay, he mostly refrained from complaining.
no subject
"Come with me." He slipped his arm around Drift's shoulders to start leading him back towards the Hub.

Drift's train of thought was cut short by the sudden invasion of his personal space. Not that he minded, really, and it wasn't like Wing hadn't just been correcting his stances for seven hours. He just didn't remember the jet being so... personal space invady. Not a word. I know.
Then again, Drift used to be an anti-social pain in the ass that didn't want anyone close to him. He didn't mind it so much these days. Never really expected it, but didn't mind it.
"We're actually done, right? You're not leading me off for some other training or anything?"
no subject
He chuckled and nodded. "We're actually done now."

Wing took this art very seriously. He'd want to spend at least an hour with Drift each day to make sure he was doing the poses correctly, and the transitions between them too. He would still have plenty of time to do other things around the city too.
no subject
Drift was silent for a few minutes, turning Wing's words over in his head as they walked. As simple as they'd been, they struck deep.
"Thanks. I don't really... hear that sort of thing very often."
no subject
They reached the Hub, and Wing turned Drift to head for the placed they started at. They'd meditated, and trained, and now Wing could approve of a bit of high-grade before shoving Drift off to get some much needed recharge
no subject
Honestly, Drift would probably rather go and recharge than sit around the Hub, but at the same time, he'd take any excuse to chat with Wing. He grabbed a seat and ordered himself something.
no subject
Wing also ordered a drink. Nothing too strong, he didn't want to end up drunk...and would be keeping an optic on Drift to hopefully make sure he didn't either.*
