Of all the people he'd see while in the medbay, he'll admit that Starscream wasn't on the top of his list. More just that he's learned to accept what kinds of people they tend to be outside of his own best friend.

Not that he thinks badly of all of them, but... yeah.

So it's a pleasant surprise and his visor brightens right up.
