"Not getting your spark ripped out 'cause ya went and made nice with someone who had a lot less than your comfort an' fragging well being in mind!" There's more of a groan and frustration underlying those words than any actual anger.

Sure, if Soundwave acted in any other way he wouldn't be him, and the same could be said about Cliffjumper. Either way, some amount of suspicion or at least caution could be useful.
