Marvelous makes a wordless noise that hopefully covers his feelings about Don's vegetable obsession. He'll end up eating them anyway, of course, but he's going to grumble about it beforehand.

He stops to think. "Whatever was easiest," he settles on, which translates to things that could be eaten raw or heated up real quick. (Usually in the can it came in, if possible.)
