"Anytime you want," Dead End responds quickly. If he could make time to make drinks for Knock Out then he certainly could make some for Rung whenever he wanted one. And really making time wasn't a problem, considering he had nothing else to do other than brood about in his room. If he was short on things to make the drinks with then he'd figure it out, it wasn't like there was much of a shortage here.

Yes, he certainly would be able to make Rung whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted.
