His suggestion causes her to whip around to face him again, and to her credit she doesn't sway or fall over. She was about to say something, to yell at him again, but instead she gets caught in a moment, and she just looked at him. Really looked at him.

A deep sigh escaped her as all the tension left her body, shoulders slumping and face relaxing into a somewhat sympathetic look. "You don't even know why you feel bad. You're just trying your damndest to make me happy..."

Three unsure steps took her back to him, and she wrapped her arms around him, letting the side of her face rest against his chest in a gesture that was more for comfort than romance.

"I'm sorry. I just miss you so much."
