The plan of sticking close to the therapist and not getting caught hadn't involved Rung becoming conscious again. Not that the other actually waking wasn't a good thing - it was a very good thing - but he'd have preferred that even Rung didn't noticed that he'd decided resting right up next to him was a good idea.

What would life be if the universe didn't constantly put him into poor or awkward situations? It just wouldn't be the life he'd grown accustomed to if the universe wasn't actively out to destroy him. Physically and mentally.

The voice, although soft, causes a small twitch of his wings before his optics actually open and come online again.
