Thundercracker laughs at the initial mush of rapid-fire words, a hearty laugh. "They're the best views."

He's doing this for two reasons. One, it will get them to the temple that much faster (assuming for no great detours), and two, Blurr seemed like he could really use some distraction and cheering up. The Seeker knows no better way to both than a good flight.
