"Yeah? I guess we'll cross that bridge when we come to it." She really just wants her eye back in her head. To feel like a normal, not-ruined woman, but that's not going to happen.

It's a huge relief to hear him say he can stay as long as she wants. Honestly if she were really that selfish, she'd just keep him there with her for as long as she could.

Her eye lids slightly at the touch. God she never thought she'd marvel at how wonderful a comforting touch could be.
