She couldn't blame them. Otherwise, her ten years of ruling had only been mentioned to a nosy Cybertronian and to the head of the Police Force for her application.
Saber had obviously not been brought to Cybertron for what she had accomplished in her life, or at least she thought, so her achievements during her life meant little here. Perhaps, her achievements as a Heroic Spirit meant more. It was hard to say. Besides, what good did telling someone you were a king do for you when you were on a planet where no one else even seemed to share the same world as you?
