"Yes?" she asks, looking at the hanging paw. Is it.. trying to tell her something? It's so hard to tell. She has these cans in her arms now, but they're not terribly heavy.

Shifting all of her cans to one arm, she takes out her Link device and holds it up to the pet. Since it's light out, she doesn't need the flash function, and a lovely picture of the pet is taken with its paw in the air.

She'll need that when she attempts to find its owner.
