Ultra Magnus's comment about not being left alone to face Tarn comes as a surprise to the Seeker. He nods, more relieved than he wants to admit. "Thank you."
The mention of the Autobot Special Agent gets a quirked smirk. "Blurr won't be a problem. I already know he supports my decision. He's been..." Does he admit this? To a Decepticon, it would almost certainly be detrimental, but to an Autobot, it might actually be advantageous for him. Or at worst, it won’t likely backfire on him somehow. Either way . . . it's the truth. "Blurr has been a good mech, a . . . friend even, since my arrival a few months ago. I . . . am glad to know him."
Okay, now he's definitely said too much, sincere or not. He shifts, wings flicking. "I'll find the form and have it turned in by tomorrow. And . . . if there's anything else I should be doing . . . ?" Decepticons don't offer to "help" each other (or others), that's an exploitable weakness at best – not to mention the selfish and self-centered nature of pretty much all Decepticons (something he can be quite guilty of too) – but it's clear that the other mech, powerful and capable as he is, has been pushed nearly, if not past, his limits. There's no reason the Seeker, who needs something to do now, something to occupy himself with, can't take some of the load. Or offer to, at the very least.
