"War does seem to take a heavy toll on many, and even those of us that manage to avoid the most of it don't come out without a little damage at least," Rung said thoughtfully, though there was a tinge of sadness to the words. War..wasn't his favorite thing, not in the least. He understood the reason for it in his home universe but..still.

Looking to Blurr again, Rung relaxed, his hands no longer fidgeting or anything as he smiled once again, pushing the thoughts of war to the back of his mind for now.
