"Someone has been lying to you," he told him, very seriously. "This is an awful place." He pointed to the lake, his expression suggesting the simple body of water had, in some way, personally offended him.
"That. Is terrible."
... Okay, not really. But he hadn't been prepared for the feeling of water in his frame when he'd crashed into the lake that one time.
