Even with the oddities about the little stitchpunk, Rung could still at least pick up that there was a worried expression there and it wasn't hard to figure out that the little thing had noticed his previous state. The therapist's expression softened a bit and he gave the other a faint smile--attempting to be reassuring but it probably just looked more tired than anything else.

"I'm alright, Four, I promise. Just had a bit of a long day was all...a meeting with someone that I just wasn't ready to see, I suppose."
