"I would appreciate that, actually," he said softly, offering the other a small smile because, contrary to what Drift might thing, Rung enjoyed the comfort that the white mech had to offer. There was an odd serenity that Drift himself seemed to carry with him most of the time and the therapist really liked it.
"Ah, no, I suppose I haven't done much of that sort of thing," Rung admitted with a sheepish sort of chuckle. "But I could try..or at least just listen. If you need it." Because everyone needed someone right?
And speaking of that...
Internally the therapist winced, knowing he was caught in a sense and he was quiet for a moment before his shoulders sagged just a bit.
"...I don't think I'm quite cut out for my job like I use to be. I had a rather bad experience today with a former patient that I was trying to reconnect with and..." Rung trailed off, optics dimming some. "...I lost my composure and let fear get the best of me."
