It's probably obvious that the Decepticons, nor the Autobots, valued Drift for his conversational skills. He can write a good speech given time, but off the cuff, he's....Drift.

He blinks at the pat on his helm, and the sudden break in Vandal's usually hard shell. "I-I'll do my best." Because it's only a matter of time until he does get himself hurt again.

"Karrie. I was unconscious when you brought me in. I'm pretty sure most of me has been stared at already."

And that's a terrible Drift impression. Does he really sound like that?
